+ Why is dreamt more effective than other cannabis sleep products?

Most cannabis sleep products on the market only contain THC, CBD and terpenes. They often have very high THC to CBD ratios and this can make you feel anxious and/or too high while also reducing your REM sleep, none of which is helpful for sleep. Other products contain the cannabinoid CBN, which is thought to be good for sleep but the reality is that it is much less effective than THC (read more about that here).

dreamt is the only science-backed cannabis sleep aid. Our formulations are developed to tackle a variety of sleep issues with a precise combination of cannabinoids and natural sleep-inducing compounds to help you get to sleep faster, sleep deeper and wake up well rested. + Where can I find dreamt?

+ Can I buy dreamt outside of California?

Unfortunately due to regulations we can only sell our product through licensed operators in California. We will be expanding into other states soon so follow us on Instagram for updates.

+ What is the ratio of THC:CBD?

All of our products are dosed at 5mg THC and 2mg CBD making the THC:CBD ratio 2.5:1. This ratio was used to optimize the sleep-inducing effects of THC while reducing the intoxication (aka the high) and any related discomfort. When combined with CBD, the high and the negative side effects from THC are reduced or even eliminated. Interestingly, if CBD is taken alone, it can have wake-promoting effects. In order for THC and CBD to be effective for sleep, they should be used together in a 2.5:1 ratio.

+ Will dreamt products get me high?

In short, yes. But not too high. Our low-dose recommendations and precise ratio of THC to CBD minimizes the risk of THC-induced discomfort. dreamt is not a recreational product, and we wouldn’t recommend using it as such.

+ Do you use CBN in any of your products?

Current research does not show any significant data supporting the use of CBN as a sleep aid. Several studies show no difference in the effects on sleep in patients smoking THC alone and THC in combination with CBN. Research has also discovered that CBN can hinder the muscle-relaxing effects of THC, therefore, reducing the effectiveness of THC as a sleep aid. CBN is believed to have similar effects to THC but it is much weaker. Click here to learn more.

+ Do you test your products?

Yes. All of our batches are tested in accordance with the Bureau of Cannabis Control’s strict compliance standards. Our ingredients are tested for pesticides and sourced from some of the most reputable suppliers in the country.

+ Is the pen right for me?

If your primary issue is difficulty falling asleep, dreamt’s fast-acting 45-night pen may be the most suitable product for you. After taking 2-3 gentle inhalations you can expect to feel a light drowsiness after approximately 15-20 minutes, before drifting into a deep, satisfying slumber. If you want an alternative to inhalables, dreamt’s 30-night tincture has an onset of approximately 30-45 minutes.

+ How will I feel the next day?

Unlike some other cannabis sleep products or prescription sleep aids, dreamt delivers a deep-restorative night’s sleep with minimal “fogginess” the next day. Our customers frequently report waking up fresh in the mornings and start their days with renewed energy.

+ Do use filler in your sleep pen?

We don’t use any fillers in our pen. As a science-forward company motivated by improving people’s health and wellbeing through sleep management, we take our responsibility for consumer safety extremely seriously. We never use any cutting agents or harmful adulterants in the production of our products. We vet our suppliers vigorously, and work closely with some of California’s most reputable and state-of-the-art testing facilities to ensure the utmost integrity of our product and process.

+ What terpenes do you use in your formulations?

Around 50% of the terpenes in our formula are found in cannabis, such as limonene, myrcene, and linalool. We also incorporate a proprietary blend of terpenes found in other plants that have been used in clinical trials as an effective method to treat insomnia via inhalation.

+ How do I use the dreamt pen for sleep?

dreamt’s all-in-one sleep pen is ready to use straight out of the box. It is button-free and activated by inhalation and doesn’t require you to charge it beforehand.

1. Remove dreamt pen from the child resistant box by pressing in the side button and separating the top from the bottom.
2. Inhale gently for 2-3 secs on the end with the hole.
3. Exhale.
4. Wait 5-15 minutes. Repeat as needed.

Effects can be felt 15-20 minutes after inhalation, making this product great for use right before bed or even in the middle of the night if have trouble getting back to sleep.

+ Is the tincture right for me?

dreamt’s 30-night sleep tincture is our best selling product and most effective for a wide range of sleep issues. The effects can be felt after approximately 30-45 minutes, and last for a full eight hours.

If you are looking for a fast-acting, discrete non-inhalable option that tastes delicious and delivers a great night’s sleep, the tincture is for you.

+ Why does the tincture contain alcohol?

True tinctures, by their definition, contain some amount of alcohol. This increases the speed of absorption. Our tincture has approximately 200mg of alcohol per dose. For context, a kombucha which has less than 0.5% alcohol has 2000mg of alcohol in a 16oz serving.

dreamt’s 30-night tincture is our only product containing alcohol. If you have any issues relating to the consumption of alcohol, we would recommend trying one of our other products.

+ How will I feel the next day?

+ How do I use the dreamt tincture for sleep?

dreamt’s 30-night sleep tincture is easy to use, and the glass dropper will have numbers clearly marking the volume. We recommend taking the tincture 30 minutes before going to bed.

1. Unscrew the child-resistant cap but keep the dropper in the bottle.
2. Squeeze rubber nib and release to fill the dropper to 1ml.
3. Put tincture into your mouth and swallow.
4. Repeat once more for standard dose (5mg THC, 2mg CBD). Effects are typically felt after 45-90 minutes.

How do I use dreamt gummies for sleep?

1. Open dreamt gummy bag by following instructions on the back.
2. Remove one gummy (5mg THC, 2mg CBD).
3. Chew and swallow.

+ Will I feel “high”?

In short, yes. You may feel slightly “high” before you drift off, but the CBD and other ingredients minimize the risk of a racing mind before bed.

+ How will I feel the next day?

dreamt’s formula contains GABA and L-theanine, which counteract the “foggy” feeling that edibles often bring in the morning. Our customers frequently tell us that they wake up feeling fresh and refreshed the next day.

+ How many calories are in each gummy?

Each dreamt sleep gummy has only 5 calories.

+ Is the shot right for me?

dreamt’s 2-night sleep shot is aimed that those looking to try our products without committing to spending too much money. Like the gummies, the effects can be felt after approximately 45-60 minutes, and last for a full eight hours.

The dreamt shot is also an ideal travel companion, helping you get some sleep during a long journey or to combat jet lag.

+ Do I need to refrigerate it?

dreamt’s 2-night shot is shelf stable, and only requires refrigeration after opening.

+ How will I feel the next day?

+ How do I use the dreamt shot for sleep?

The sleep shot is dicrete and easy-to-dose option for those on the go. Each bottle contains 2 doses and can be used for 2 night's sleep. to use:

1. Shake well.
2. Unscrew the child-resistant cap.
3. Pour half of the bottle (30ml; 5mg THC, 2mg CBD) into a cup.
4. Drink and swallow. Effects can be felt after 45-60 minutes, and last for a full eight hours

Refrigerate remaining beverage. Note: higher tolerance users may want to drink the whole bottle.
