+ How do I use the dreamt tincture for sleep?
dreamt’s 30-night sleep tincture is easy to use, and the glass dropper will have numbers clearly marking the volume. We recommend taking the tincture an hour before bed.
- Unscrew the child-resistant cap but keep the dropper in the bottle.
- Squeeze rubber nib and release to fill the dropper to 1ml.
- Put tincture into your mouth and swallow.
- Repeat once more for standard dose (5mg THC, 2mg CBD, 3mg melatonin). Effects are typically felt after 45-90 minutes.

+ Why does the tincture contain alcohol?
True tinctures, by their definition, contain some amount of alcohol. This increases the speed of absorption. Our tincture has approximately 200mg of alcohol per dose. For context, a kombucha which has less than 0.5% alcohol has 2000mg of alcohol in a 16oz serving.
dreamt’s 30-night tincture is our only product containing alcohol. If you have any issues relating to the consumption of alcohol, we would recommend trying one of our other products.
